RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@simplysunshinetn.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not do Exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We check all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!

If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

 

If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:

Take pictures of the defective or damaged area.

Please include the attached tag in the picture.

Email the images to: info@simplysunshine.com

Subject Line Should Read: "Defective" or "Damaged"

Include Order # and Product Name 

 

You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 business hours.

 Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
